A quarterly platform subscription for the journey itself, plus usage fees that only exist once a roadmap has been approved. Usage fees are derived from the same Step 4 ROI figures you can already inspect — no separate rate card, no partner commissions.

Enablement fee
6%
of the use case's one-off implementation cost from the ROI calculator — minimum €450, capped at €2.400 per use case. Charged when the use case enters delivery.
Validation fee
3%
of the verified net annual benefit, capped at €3.000 per use case. If a use case shows no net benefit, the validation fee is zero.
The rules in full
- Platform subscription is billed per quarter, per company, in advance.
- Enablement fee = 6% of the use case's one-off implementation cost, floored at €450 and capped at €2.400.
- Validation fee = 3% of the verified net annual benefit, capped at €3.000 per use case.
- Usage charges only appear once the managing director has approved the roadmap — a proposed roadmap is never billable.
- Partner introductions in Step 5 are free of charge; ODMind AI takes no commission from implementation partners.
- All figures exclude 19% German VAT, which is added on the invoice.
